In the most lively and multiethnic area of the city, a step away from the Turin’s movable spots and major tourist attractions, Thomas’s house is a characteristic apartment “di ringhiera” with original vaulted ceilings and a delightful retro feel. The four-room apartment is located in the historic part of the San Salvario district, full of cafè, restaurants and shops. The colorful market of Piazza Madama Cristina is within walking distance; the central Via Roma and Porta Nuova can be reached on foot in a few minutes. The late eighteenth century building is a typical railing house and the access to the apartment takes place from the private balcony, closed by a gate. The living room with vaulted red brick ceiling is colorful and comfortable, with a double sofa bed. From the living room you can enter the main bedroom with a queen size bed and a large wardrobe. A closet separates the second bedroom, provided with a single bed and a sofa bed, and the large, bright bathroom, fully refurbished and equipped with a bathtub, shower and washing machine. The kitchen is spacious and functional, with large cooking area and a dining table. Coffee, tea and sugar available for breakfast. The apartment is perfect a small group of friends or a family and for visiting the city on foot or by public transport. The neighborhood of San Salvario, born in the early nineteenth century, is very broad and it extends from Porta Nuova to the Valentino Park. An older area, full of beautiful art nouveau buildings, bars and restaurants, multiethnic focus today as it combines the different faces of Turin, is opposed to a more modern and quiet area that stretches to the Po. It ‘a neighborhood of a thousand faces, lively and full of choice to suit all tastes and needs, characteristic and charming. A few steps from the historical center, with shops of all kinds and a large colorful market in Piazza Madama Cristina, the evening comes to life thanks to clubs and restaurants, evenings out destination, while during the day enjoying the close to Parco del Valentino, perfect for your walks. IMPORTANT INFORMATION The shown price is related for a minimum stay of 4 months. If you want to book for a shorter period (from one up to three months), prices change. For all bookings, guests have to consider a final cleaning fee at the end of their staying from 100€ up to 150€ according to the apartment square footage. An extra cleaning service (weekly or monthly) is available on request at an extra cost. Please note that water, gas and electricity bills are not included in the monthly rent. Every month had to be entirely paid, even if you enter the apartment when the month has already started or you leave when the month is not ended yet. However, we can offer you a reduction on the bill for the first month for water, gas and electricity consumptions.
