Our apartment is a 2 minute walk to the metro station Pozzo Strada, on the first floor of a building. Inside is a spacious entrance hall leading to the other rooms: the bathroom, the bedroom with two single beds, a sitting area with a sofa bed and the living room, with a comfortable single bed in wrought iron, which leads to the fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher, and to the terrace overlooking the inner courtyard. The apartment is particularly suitable to accommodate groups or families, thanks to the wide spaces and the living room, with its rustic but cozy dining table with benches, where you can eat comfortably in more people. During the summer, in addition, you can enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the terrace. IMPORTANT INFORMATION The shown price is related for a minimum stay of 4 months. If you want to book for a shorter period (from one up to three months), prices change. Please write us through the private chat for further information. For all bookings, guests have to consider a final cleaning fee at the end of their staying from 100€ up to 150€ according to the apartment square footage. An extra cleaning service (weekly or monthly) is available on request at an extra cost. Please note that water, gas and electricity bills are not included in the monthly rent. Every month had to be entirely paid, even if you enter the apartment when the month has already started or you leave when the month is not ended yet. However, we can offer you a reduction on the bill for the first month for water, gas and electricity consumptions.
