Cozy and modern three rooms apartment at the foot of the hill, with a gorgeous view of the Po river. The apartment is large and totally refurbished and it is located at the third floor of a bulding of the 40’s on the river bank. The entrance is on the living room, furnished with a modern fully equipped kitchenette, a sofa and a dining table. From the entrance you can enter the two bedrooms, wide and bright: each of them is furnished with a double bed, a wardrobe and a desk. The master bedroom is very large, with a walk-i closet, and it is large enough to accomodate a supplementary single bed, on request. From the balcony of the bedrooms you can enjoy a beautiful view of the river and of the river banks. The bathroom is modern and functional, with a double washbasin, useful drawers and a large shower. This house is suitable for hosts arriving in Turin by car, because it’s very easy to find parking place available and free of charge down in the street or in the square nearby. The position of the apartment gives the chance to do jogging, walking or bike on the pedestrian and bike paths all along the river, just one step out of the house. A pedestrian bridge allows you to get to the other side of the river and reach the Campus Einaudi. The city center can be easily reached in few minutes with public transports. IMPORTANT INFORMATION The shown price is related for a minimum stay of 4 months. If you want to book for a shorter period (from one up to three months), prices change. For all bookings, guests have to consider a final cleaning fee at the end of their staying from 100€ up to 150€ according to the apartment square footage. An extra cleaning service (weekly or monthly) is available on request at an extra cost. Please note that water, gas and electricity bills are not included in the monthly rent. Every month had to be entirely paid, even if you enter the apartment when the month has already started or you leave when the month is not ended yet. However, we can offer you a reduction on the bill for the first month for water, gas and electricity consumptions.
