But dont ask for viewings because Housing garanteeing your reservation of your room as per pictures which I have taken myself!! If pictures of the rooms are not according to my advertising you will get a refund!!! Also, when you make a booking we can contact each other for an appointment for a viewing! If not we are not allowed as My advertising will be banned for misconduct by housinganywhere!!! I do have earned my excellent rentor by following the rules!!! There rooms I have rented out are upto standard and as you can see I have many bookings. Deposit garantees that you leave my room nice and clean, which is really logic to do if you are a guest in someone’s house. I will return in writing as per rental contract that your deposit is safe but you are yourself fully responsible by keeping your part of the bargain. I have great tenants and most of them rent more than 1 year! I expect from my tenants the same respect and keeping your word. Cheers, David
