The student residence in Rue de la Constitution offers a good working and studying environment at an affordable price. Excellent tram and bus connections within very short distance. Metro station Botanique is a few minutes on foot. The historic city center is about 20' walk from the front door, Schuman and the EU district is about 30' walk. All rooms an studios have been renovated recently. Shopping facilities in the area are good; Aldi, Carrefour and Colruyt supermarkets are within walking distance. A launderette is just around the corner and all major facilities (bank, doctors, retailers, etc) are in the immediate area. There are numerous night shops in the area as well as inexpensive restaurants catering for all tastes. Special for students booked for 10 or 11 months and who have to retake exams in september : ONE MONTH FREE (August) upon presentation of the copy your results. You only pay the charges (60€) and we allocate you a free room for the month. Please be aware that the rent is different for shorter contracts (1/2 months and 3/4 months).
