We are a married couple with full and part time occupations and we have one single room available for rent in our spacious home. This room is rented on a room and breakfast basis only, though additional meal arrangements can be made. Wi-fi is free and off road parking is available. The local shopping mall and public transport are both within walking distance (3 mins) and our location is 10-15 minutes from the NEC, B’ham Int. Airport, B’ham city centre and Heartlands hospital (this is one of Birmingham’s main hospitals). Fifty yards from our front door is a large communal park where exercise and walking can be enjoyed. For those of you who actually enjoy longer walks, there is an entrance to miles and miles of canal walkways nearby.
