The apartment is in a really strategic position, just a few minutes walking distances from the cathedral, near the train station of Santa Maria Nuova. Nearby numerous bars, restaurants and bus/tram stop. The flat is on the first floor and it is composed by a large furnished living room/kitchen, 3 bedrooms where we can put a double bed or two separate single bed (as you prefer) with a big wardrobe and a desk and a bathroom. There is also wi-fi, washing machine and a television. The deposit is one month rent, it will be given back to you if there are no damages in the flat. Final cleaning of the flat is 70 euro. USEFUL INFO FOR INTERNATIONAL STUDENT: - Please, the day of your check-in bring a printed copy of your passport. - you need to go to the office “Ufficio delle Entrate” in order to have the “Codice Fiscale”, which is a code number just to identify you. BI -WEEKLY CONTRACT: If you move in during the 2nd half of the month (15-31), you will only pay half-a-month’s rent for that month.
