Beautiful secession stile building. Apartment is on ground floor, with balcony on south side. 3,20 m high ceilings, bright, positive, sunny. Interphone bell. Installation for alarm is there and it can be activated. Renovated in (hidden phone number) (electricity, walls, alarm sistem, video control in corridor, new color on all doors, new polish on parquet...) New bathroom, kitchen and more... - new washing machine, new dishwasher, new refrigerator and freezer, new toaster, new water heater, new kitchen...and all basic kitchen equipment and accessories. - iron, iron desk, hair dryer, Wi-fi - air conditioning A lot of light, positive energy and quiet for center of the town. Three bedrooms. This apartment is very comfortable for 3 students and I dont want to have more people in because my idea is to offer max comfort... Prices: - The first big room; one person renting this room, rent is 495 EUR - The second big room; for one person renting this room, rent is 504 EUR per month. - The small room; THIS ONE rent is 428 EUR for one person. In case of rent of less than 1 semester: 5 months prices are diferent (socalled owner booking fee is to be added) Avans for costs is: 80€/person/month. In case if actual costs / bills go over this, the difference has to be payed. With economic use it should be just fine... Deposit is 584 EUR per for renting small room. At the end of stay the room has to be perfectly clean otherwise we will have to charge the cleaning fee. 35 EUR. Please note that price is per month. It can not be devided into days. Exseptions are possible but this has to be agreed from landlord. Visitors are welcome. Contribution is 15 eur per person per night. The owner will make her best to make your stay in Homestay Andromeda****, as this apartment is called a very pleasant one....
