The apartment is quite big (around 140 m2) and it has a total amount of 6 rooms, so you will be a maximum of 7 people at the apartment. The apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, next to the Cathedral and Les Rambles, 6 minutes walking to Plaça Catalunya and 12 minutes walking to Barceloneta Beach. The closest metro stations are Liceu (l3) and Jaume I (l4). This is the downtown of the city so you will find all services (shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc). The flat has a spacious hall, a cute living room with sofa, armachairs and a big table to share your meals with your flatmates. There is a completely equipped kitchen with fridge, toaster, microwave and all utensils for cooking and eating. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and space to dry your clothes. Finally, there are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with just a toilette. The expenses of up to 50€ per month and person are included on the price: bills (gas, water, electricity, wifi and community expenses), cleaning of the common areas once a week, cleaned sheets and towels every 2 weeks and maintenance service.
