ROOM 2A - GÒTIC *PRICE PER PERSON* This is a huge exterior room with private balcony for 2 people. The apartment is quite big (around 140 m2) and it has a total amount of 6 rooms, so you will be a maximum of 7 people at the apartment. The apartment is located in the heart of Barcelona, next to the Cathedral and Les Rambles, 6 minutes walking to Plaça Catalunya and 12 minutes walking to Barceloneta Beach. The closest metro stations are Liceu (l3) and Jaume I (l4). This is the downtown of the city so you will find all services (shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, etc). The flat has a spacious hall, a cute living room with sofa, armachairs and a big table to share your meals with your flatmates. There is a completely equipped kitchen with fridge, toaster, microwave and all utensils for cooking and eating. There is also a laundry room with a washing machine and space to dry your clothes. Finally, there are 2 bathrooms, one with shower and the other one with just a toilette. The expenses of up to 50€ per month and person are included on the price: bills (gas, water, electricity, wifi and community expenses), cleaning of the common areas once a week, cleaned sheets and towels every 2 weeks and maintenance service. It is required to pay one month Guarantee Deposit which will be back to you at the end of your stay if there is no damage on the apartment nor the room. The empadronamiento is mandatory for all residents who are staying in Barcelona for at least 6 months and it is necessary to go to the public doctor, to get the NIE or TIE and to get a bank account for example. *** NIE or TIE: We will manage all process to get a NIE or TIE appointment for your arrival. If you arrive: Between the 1st and the 10th day of each month, you will need to pay the complete month. Between the 11th or the 20th day of each month, we will discount you 20% of your rent for the first month. The 21st or later, you will pay per day. The price per night is 30€/person. If you leave: Between the 1st and the 9th day of each month, you will pay per day. The Price per night is 30€/person.
