I am retired. I own a 3bedroom, 2 bath, 1200 square foot home in Lakewood, CA. I live there with my 2 rescue dogs and also occasionally foster for some of the local rescues. I don't drink, smoke or party. Occasionally I entertain and have friends over for dinner or a bbq. My room is on the opposite part of the house from the room that is available, so there is alot of privacy for both parties. In addition to the newly furnished room with tv and patio access that is available, there is a recently remodeled private bathroom, shared living room, kitchen and laundry access, as well as street parking. There is a 10 speed bicycle with a basket or a beach cruiser with a basket, available for guests at an additional charge of $2 per day or $50 per month. The room is furnished with a queen size bed, tv with cable & dvd. There is internet access and WiFi. French doors that open to a patio & fenced in yard. A private entrance/exit from this room.
