Description

Room to rent in 3-bedroom shared flat, suitable for student. Windows are fully fitted with exterior blackout blinds and fly screens. 15 mins by tram to University. Within walking distance of the city centre. Ideal location near shops and transport. A variety of restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Situated opposite the beautiful Liechtenstein Palais Park, which is open to the public. The place is exactly like in the photos, there are no nasty surprises - we have worked with housing anywhere for a while and they come to check on everything once a year. We don't do viewings to reduce estate agent's fees and also many people walking through rooms which can be disturbing for the people coming in.
