Hi, my name is Haider and I am renting out this furnished one room apartment in Cologne Sülz. When sending me a request, please include a short description about yourself and what you will be doing in Cologne. Before I can accept you as a tenant I will need a copy of your ID and work contract or proof of funds. I look forward to getting to know you! The apartment is small, but has everything you need. There is internet and a TV in the apartment. The kitchenette has all necessary utensils. It is a security deposit of 750 € taken, which of course you get back on move out, if nothing was broken...
