Hi, my name is Haider and I am renting out this furnished one room apartment in Hürth-Efferen close to Cologne. When sending me a request, please include a short description about yourself and what you will be doing in Cologne. Before I can accept you as a tenant I will need a copy of your ID and work contract or proof of funds. I look forward to getting to know you! The apartment has internet and TV. The kitchenette has all necessary utensils. There is also a nice balcony. The apartment is very bright, there is a window in the bathroom as well. There is a parking for residents. The bus stop is 2 min walk (bus 978), 10 minutes to train 18. You can also rent the apartment for a longer period. It is a security deposit of 750 € taken, which of course you get back on move out, if nothing was broken...
