Description

A lovely studio apartment on ground floor in a back building on a quiet street on Kochhann str. in Friedrichshain. it comes with an equipped kitchen, comfy bad, storage place, internet and a washing machine. Registration is possible but the GEZ comes on top of the rent. In order to get TV connection the GEZ need to be payed which amounts to about 18€ per month and needs to be payed as soon as you register, this is a tax from the German state and therefore cannot be changed. Everything else is already included in the price. The Closet is in the Hallway...
