Furthermore, there are supermarket and pharmacies nearby. This room is fully equipped with a single bed and mattress, a two-doored wardrobe, a functional study area with a desk and chair. The flat is fully equipped as a living space: it has 4 private rooms, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet, a kitchen, and a bright living and dining room and a shared balcony. The common areas of the flat are shared among the tenants.
