In the bathroom you will find a bathtub/WC and naturally a hair dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dining corner and let you do self catering from coffee in the morning to cozy dining. The longest period of stay is half a year with an option to extend it. Since 2016, the Senate of Berlin has been demanding a 5% City Tax for the first 21 overnight stays....
