Description

Expat apartment - furnished on a great location with a great view - the apartment has an open design kitchen - large dining table - a fire place and cozy living area. There is a double douche and seperate bedroom - c60sqm. I can highly recommend it as i have lived here myself for over 10 years. Just next to the leidsegracht - very central - and also quiet. I do not have any good pictures of the inside yet and in consultation with the tenant we will upgrade/replace some of the furniture: new sofa, coffee table. Landlord is quite flexible - depends also on the tenant profile and duration of contract...
