Although the road is a quiet one-way street, the neighbourhood is lively with many small supermarkets, bars and restaurants, hospital, banks, pharmacy... La rue Neuve and City 2, one of the main shopping areas of Brussels is at 10 minutes walking distance. Schuman and the EU district are close as well and can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. We offer renewed furnished rooms and studios at affordable prices. Regular rooms are between 10 and 16 m2, with some larger studios 15-22 m2. There is a large shared kitchen on the ground floor. Each unit has an individual fridge. Free wi-fi throughouth the residence. The residence has a front building with 4 levels (ground floor + 3 floors) and a back building with 3 levels . Please be aware that the rent is different for shorter contracts (1/2 months and 3/4 months). Feel free to ask me for more informations. Monthly rent for 6 months is 440€. Please ask me the monthly rent for shorter period of time (minimum 1 month) Deposit is 600€.
