The property is located in the center of Rotterdam (5 min to Central Station by bike) at the Beukelsdijk 120C. There are three separate fully furnished rooms situated on one floor. There is a living room (10m2) (shared) with table and sofa. A kitchen with all kitchen appliances: oven, microwave, washing machine, dryer, Etc. There is 1 toilet (shared), 1 bathroom (shared), costs are all inclusive (except city tax). Cleaning of general space will be done every fortnight. The monthly rent plus service fee (energy, internet, furnishing etc) is 600EUR. Public transport: Rotterdam Central Station is a 15 minute walk or 5 minutes with bus (bus-stop in front of the door). Metro's, bus and tramlines to Erasmus University (35 min) and Erasmus MC (10 min) are located close by. Registration at municipality is possible. This room will have to be rented from the first of October until the end of December or January without the possibility to end it in between (it can only be ended if tenant and landlord come to an agreement which usually means you can leave once I have found a suitable replacement and a fee of 50EUR per month short on the initial ending date of the contract is paid). When you decide to stay longer (after you've lived in the house for a couple of months and are happy there) we can extend the contract till the end of July. A mandatory cleaning fee for when you'll leave the room of 60,50EUR has to be paid when you've moved in....
