Please read the full add before contacting me :-) I am looking for a roommate to share my flat in Vesterbro with. The flat, placed on the first floor, has two rooms: a small toilet, a kitchen with a shower-cabinet and a hallway. The flat is placed in the heart of Vesterbro, on a quiet street, close to Søndre Boulevard. The closest s-train station is Dybbølsbro, which is about 5 min. walk away, also around the lovely meatpack distract. The room I’m renting out is about 15m2, NOT furnished but with a large closet. (the white one in one of the pictures) The rent is 5000 per month which includes internet and all other expenses (heating, water, gas, free use of a washing machine + dryer in the basement). Deposit is one months rent, and paid before moving in. I'm looking for someone who's interested in a long term contract. (CPR registration is possible) The flat has been my home for about 6 years and I have had a handful of roommates. I am looking for a person who knows how to live with other people, which also includes how to clean, tidy up and respect the household. I'll fix a cleaning plan, but i'm still flexible if you have any comments. I am a smoker myself but never smoke inside the apartment, I would appreciate you not doing so either. Mostly I use my home to recharge my batteries, therefore I don’t have friends over all the time - although it of course does happen. I would appreciate a flatmate who cares enough about the environment to help with sorting out trash and recycling, as it means a great deal to me. I'm up for making dinner together once in a while, but I do respect a closed door. I will do everything to make you feel at home in the flat. NOTE: I'm looking for someone to move in from the beginning of October 2019, maybe even earlier. I'm NOT interested in living with a couple, the space is just too small for that. Looking forward to hear from you. Danielle...
