Room is 395€ per month + 85€ Per month for charges. Duration min 12 months. For shorter term, ask us for our Conditions. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood next to supermarkets, shops and buses. You are at just 5 min from Schuman, 10 min from the city center and 20min from the VUB. The house is very clean and calm. Currently there are students, interns and young professionals living in the house. As we live nearby, we make sure we are available whenever you need something. We do our best for our tenants to feel as comfortable as possible. Bathroom is to be shared between two rooms. Separate toilets. Bathroom and toilet is cleaned 1x/week (incuded in charges). Wifi included. Deposit of 2 months is required...
