Description

Since I moved out I want to rent out my lovely apartment. It is about 52m2, comes fully furnished and everything is in very good shape, since I haven't been living there for too long. All the rooms get a lot of sunlight and the bedroom faces the inner yard and therefore is really quiet. It is a very nice apartment for a couple, but also for living by yourself. There is a supermarket right in the neighbouring street and other shopping opportunities are also quite close. The apartment is near the subway station U1 Reumannplatz so you can get to the city centre in about 10 minutes and to the University’s main building in 20. Water is included in the rent, but gas and electricity, as well as Wifi, are not...
