Internet is available throughout the whole apartment in all private rooms and common area’s. (Wifi included in rent) One equipped kitchen area with stove, oven, microwave, fridge and kitchenware. A washing machine is provided fotr shared usage with co-tenants. Depository for bikes in basement of the building. Great location with public transport in front of the door. (comuting time to Erasmus University max. 30 mins.) 150 meters away from a busy shopping street. Bars, supermarkets and food courts nearby. We are only considering tenants that are willing to book with us for the full academic year. Price: € 400,- private budget room, single bed, 12 sq. m.
