The room is located in a 140 sq meters apartment, rented just to students, near Laugardalur Reykjavík. The rooms is 10 sq.meters with good bed and a wardrobe. There is a washing machine in the apartment and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher. Also a bathroom with shower. The living room has a sofa and a satellite TV. The bed is single 120 cm. Gas is NOT used in the house for heading or cooking. The wifi in included and cleaning og shared spaces every 10 days. Bus to the main city, number 14, is one min walk from the house. Bonus 10 min walk. Bakery 5 min walk. Swimming pool 10 min walk....
