Un jeu de draps et de serviettes de bain sont fournis. Le loyer est de 420 € /mois et 60€/mois pour les charges (eau, gaz, électricité, internet) calculées sur base d'une occupation par 1 personne avec une consommation raisonnable. La salle de bain est à partager avec 1 seule autre personne. Afin de garantir la propreté et l'hygiène requise, le nettoyage de la salle de bain est effectuée chaque semaine par une femme de ménage. Quartier calme et très bien déservi par les transports en communs : métros, trams, bus et trains à proximité. Proximité Schuman, Parlement européen, Univeristés : ULB, VUB (10min) et UCL(25min). Les Commerces, lavoirs, poste, banques et supermarchés accessibles à pied (+-300m)...
