Outside their private spaces, students enjoy the use of common areas that create the atmosphere and social feeling of the residence. -recreation area with bike storage, foosball, darts, etc. -kitchen / dining room overlooking a courtyard (with 2 dishwashers, 2 fridges, private food storage lockers, 2 microwave ovens) -lounge area -study room furnished with 3 PCs and a printer -basement with washers and dryers machines and a freezer THE ROOM The rent is 780 €/month + 160euro charges for 12 months. Rent for 5 months: 820€/month + 160 euro charges. Charges include: use of the laundry, access to Wi-Fi, common areas cleaned twice a week, water, electricity, and heat.) READ CAREFULY: Students and interns only (except for summer) The months July and August are exceptions where it is possible to rent 15 days, 1 month or 2 months.
