Lots of closet space. Central heating, self adjustable. Co-use of bathroom, with both bath and shower. Bathroom is also used by main occupant / owner, and a young lady tenant (student) who has hired a room on the first floor. Including you, 3 persons (sometimes perhaps 4) will use the bathroom. (Seperate toilet on first floor, directly opposite of staircase to your attic.) You have your own cooking facilities consisting of a kitchenette unit with sink, kitchen cabinets, refrigerator and four gas hotplates and extractor hood. In the bathroom there is also a laundry washing machine for shared use. The attic comes fully equipped so you have everything needed for study or work. It is completely furnished with bed, sofa, dining table with chairs. The table can also to be used as desk. The kichinette has cutlery, pans, plates, cups, glasses a.s.o. Distance to shoppingstreet/supermarket appr. 5 minutes on bike. Distance to Zeist busstation (connections to Utrecht Centre, Amersfoort or trainstation Driebergen-Zeist) at 8 min. walking distance. Distance to nearest busstop with fast connection to centre of Utrecht is 5 minutes walking. Busride to Utrecht centre takes appr. 30 min. Bus nr. 53 has a "fast lane" all the way to Utrecht-centre/Utrecht railway station. For whom? For one (or two at extra charge) quiet, absolutely non-smoking female student(s) or working (young) lady/ladies who appreciate privacy and peace. It does not matter whether and what time you get home at night, but please do take into account the night's rest of the fellow residents . No pets please! Rent price. All inclusive i.e. water, heating, electricity, TV cable connection (but you must bring your own TV-set), fast wireless internet (Wifi), use of washing machine etc. This is based one person. For two female students/tenants the total rent will be Euro 685 per month, all included. If you are willing to help cleaning the rest of the house, a reduction of the rent is possible. If you prefer to live in a student house having to share everything with others and where there is noise and a lot of action, please look elsewhere. If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful and cosy place to stay with a homely, friendly atmosphere where you can concentrate on your study or work, this is your place! The reason that the room is available for a (young)lady and not for males, is because the room on the first floor is also rented to a lady-student. She prefers it this way, and I want to take that into account. So gentlemen: unfortunately not for you this time, so do not respond. You are cordially invited to come and visit and take a look at this unique attic, prior to booking with HousingAnywhere....

How to book this property

When you find a property you like it's fairly simple to make a booking. Both the tenant and the landlord need to confirm before completing a booking. This is how it works:

  1. Select your dates to check for availability.
  2. If you don't have a subscription yet, you can buy one in a few clicks.
  3. Contact the landlord by clicking on the contact button.
  4. Introduce yourself to the landlord. Ask any questions you might have.
  5. When you are ready to book, send a booking request.
  6. When the landlord approves and the payment is completed, you have successfully booked the property.

You don’t need to perform a viewing on HousingAnywhere, here's why:

  1. All of the properties on HousingAnywhere have pictures and a clear description. If anything is unclear, you can easily reach out to the landlord.
  2. Restricting viewings provides equal chances for everyone, whether you are a local or live abroad.
  3. HousingAnywhere makes sure the property is as advertised, by only sending any money to the landlord after you have successfully moved in.
After you have made a booking, the contact details of the landlord will be shared with you. You can get in touch with the landlord directly, or keep using the HousingAnywhere chat. All the successive rental costs can be paid securely through HousingAnywhere.
