Nice big, renovated and comfortable rooms with a perfect view situated near the transport station Zuidplein. Supermarkets and restaurants at a walking distance. All the rooms are furnished with a new bed and a closet and desk and chair!!!! Zuidplein is a mere 7 minute walk away, Maashaven is in 3 minutes where you find subway connections, as well as tram and bus lines. Price is all inclusive, no hidden costs. When you arrive, i expect the first month rent, and the 2 months deposit upon arrival. Registration is possible, but only if you stay 1 year + No viewings, what you see is what you get. The pictures represent the room. The deposit will be returned when moving out....
