You have to pay the first month here on HousingAnywhere.com We have a sevice fee for the contract cleaning etc. the fee is 150 Euros and has to be paid with the deposit before the move in. The contract is for one year, but after three month you can cancel with one month notice. The room is part of a 50 m2 flat. It is located in Neukölln and has very good connection to public transpotation. The furniture includes a bed, a big closet and a desk. Also the big window provides nice natural light. The kitchen is fully equipped and invites the room mates to share a meal. In case you have further questions about the furnishings of the room or of the flat, please do not hesitate to contact me. All apartments have a fully equipped kitchen and a room with a washing machine for common use. All costs are included!
