Homely apartment, literally next to Voorburg train station and highway. Fully equipped quipped for a long or short stay. Superfast Wi-Fi, bedlinnen, towels, washing machine, dryer and fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of an apartment building with 3 apartments. There is large living room with a living area. In this living area there is a large couch that can be turned into a sleeping couch. In the other part of the living room is the dining area. At the large table, you can have dinner with 6 people. Connected to the dining area is a large balcony, which is located on the sunny side. When you rent any of our apartments you will get a fully furnished and equipped place ready to move in. We make sure that all you need to settle in is your suitcase full of clothes. Our hotel-style apartments come with clean bedsheets and towels as well as utensils and cleaning equipment. No need to set up any contracts for internet, gas, water or electricity. Everything will be working and free of extra charge the day you move in. All residents of the city need to pay this. This means that not me, but the city hall will charge you for garbage disposal taxes and water supply. This is usually around €500 per household per year. Everybody needs to pay this, so it’s not one of my terms, I just want you to be aware of it. You only pay for the months you are actually living in the Netherlands, you can request a refund of the months you are not here anymore. The local municipality then gives you back the amount of the remaining months -Registration is possible, should the tenant forget to de-register at the end of the stay, we will keep the full deposit! -Upon check in I must take copies of the passports. -A rental agreement with the company "Just Stay Apartments" needs be signed upon arrival by all tenants. - The contract dictates that the tenant needs to stay a minimum of 3 months. This is just a normality and safety precaution....
