Description

Your room is on the ground floor of an authentic house about 10 km south of the city centre of Groningen. The room is fully furnished and all the needed equipment is available including towels and bedcloths. You will have the possibility to park your car for free on the terrain or stow your bike in a shed. The house is surrounded by a private garden in which you will have your own seat. You can prepare your meal the room using a double cooking pit, an oven/microwave and a refridgerator. You will have a shared bath room with another tenant if present. It is about 2 sq. meters, including a shower and a sink. An additional service: We wash your cloths weekly in our washing machine if you want. The supermarket is 50 metres from the here which is usually opened from 8 to 8. Besides that a bakery, butcher and several restaurants are within walking distance. A luxurious sauna/spa complex and outdoor swimming pool is nearby. A direct bus connection to Groningen centre, every 10 minutes and occasionally a direct bus to Zernicke University and ‘Hanze hogeschool’ stop about 5 minutes’ walk makes Groningen easily accessible. Also the hospital, UMCG, can easily be reached from here. Groningen centre takes about 30; Zernicke university about 10 minutes more. Be aware of the following: - We have tree lovely cats. The walk in and out. So if you have a cat-allergy the room is less suitable. - Our house is just outside the city of Groningen in a small and quiet village. To travel to the city centre you can either take the public transport service which is realy good or take the bike....
