Amenities From high speed wifi to a first rate community space, we provide the the essentials the you need whenever a pause from the daily grind is needed. Deposit Information: We require 2-3 cold rents deposit as a guarantee of the booking. This payment must be done by the reservation and must be received from our side so that the student may check in. Utilities Charge Information: The price mentioned is a net cold rent. Extras for water, heating & electricity would have an additional charge of 83€ around. This is an average calculation however if you use much more, you will need to pay something extra at the end. If less, you will get money back.
