Not quite in the city center but very close to a metro station from where you can go anywhere in the center in 5 minutes. If you rather want to bike, that too is only 10 minutes to most locations in the city center. All necessary grocery shops, pharmacy and restaurants are within a few hundred meters. All furniture is modern and only a few months old. There will be a washing machine and dryer available for you to use. All extra costs are included in the rent price. That means gas, water, electricity and internet. We will usually choose the fastest connection available at this location. Telephone and TV reception are not included, we can arrange those on request though. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing basin and a toilet. You will have access to your own private apartment and the main staircase. As your host I am at your service 24/7. Whether you need tourist information, something needs fixing in the apartment or you are missing something in the apartment, I will be available anytime a day. When you rent any of our apartments you will get a fully furnished and equipped place ready to move in. We make sure that all you need to settle in is your suitcase full of clothes. If you wish to check in before 16:00 this has to be notified in advance. Early check sometimes not possible, when another guest has checked out on the same day as the day of your arrival. However, we do charge for early check ins. CHECK IN BEFORE 16:00 COSTS = €15 Checking in late is always possible. However, due it’s inconvenience we do charge for this. CHECK IN AFTER 19:00 CHARGES= -BETWEEN 19:00 AND 22:00 = €10 -BETWEEN 20:00 AND 01:00 = €20 This charges have to be paid in cash during check in! #CHECK OUT TIME Check out is always before 11:00 in the morning. It is possible to check out later, but we charge for this. When you check out, please respect the cleaning service. This means don’t leave a mess. So, please clean up the garbage and take out the trash. Of course, you don’t have to clean the whole apartment, but please leave the place a bit respectable #PARKING There are parking places in street in front of the apartment. However, there is not advisable. You will have to pay a lot every day. Moreover, you will need to have a chip card with money on it. Thus, it is not advisable to park near the apartment. The best alternative, is too park the car outside of the city in a free parking zone, where parking is free. When you park your car there, you can take the public transport to the apartment. #ELDERLY - NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE The apartment is not located on the street level. You will need to be able to climb stairs to get to the apartment, as there is no lift. The apartment is therefore not wheelchair accessible. #It's not allowed to let more than four people sleep in the apartment, due to safety regulations. If there are more people staying in the apartment, we are obliged to charge a penalty fee. #It's not allowed to host party's at the apartment. #Don’t make excessive noise. This is a nuisance to the neighbors next door. #Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. # Before you check out, please clean up your litter and take out the trash. You don’t have to clean the whole apartment, but please leave the apartment respectable for the cleaning lady. The trash has to be brought outside, into a dumpster across the street.
