Yep, that’s right — fluffy duvet and even fluffier pillows, plush rugs, clever storage solutions and a fully decked out kitchen (everything from pots and pans to the all-important bottle opener). Apologies to anyone who was looking forward to a plate of Ikea meatballs. And it doesn’t stop there, because we also set up the Wi-Fi and deal with all the bills — except for the council tax that Islington council insists you pay yourself. But if you live alone or are a student, we’ll help you get a discount. With a place this nice, we wouldn’t blame you if you never venture outdoors again. If you do need a change of scene, however, you also have a huge communal lounge and co-working space at your disposal. Oh, and did we mention the 24hr concierge service? You’ll never miss the Amazon guy again. The building is just a 1-minute walk to Archway tube and 5-minutes to Upper Holloway Overground. Hampstead Heath and Highgate Village are both just a 15-minute stroll away. Want to avoid the tube rush all together? We’ve got you covered with free bike storage. *Please be aware that the design and furniture of our apartments are identical but the shape and floor numbers vary. There is a one-time final cleaning fee of £75.00. Information regarding the contract and deposit: To give you the key to your new home, we need to have the deposit (5 weeks rent) in our bank account. Careful: a proof of transfer is not accepted. So please take this into account when you book and wish to move in in the next couple of days. After the booking on the platform, you have 2 days to register in our system (with your official documents and contact details) and sign the contract. Within 3 days after signing the contract, we must have received the deposit in our bank account. Keep in mind that international transfers can take a few business days so we suggest you to transfer the deposit as soon as you sign the contract. If you don't transfer the deposit in time, we'll have to cancel your reservation and you might lose the first month's rent.
