La camera sarà affittata arredata con due letti singoli separati, due librerie, due armadi e una cassettiera nell'apposita cabina armadio, due scrivanie distinte come è visibile dalle foto; tutti i mobili sono praticamente nuovi in quanto l’appartamento è stato da poco arredato. La camera dispone anche di un balcone privato. Si trova all’ottavo piano di un condominio con portineria all’ingresso; ci sono due ascensori. L’appartamento è composto da una cucina, un salotto con divano a penisola e smart TV 49” 4k, due bagni con una doccia ciascuno, 3 stanze da letto in tutto, di cui due doppie tra cui questa e una singola. Nell’appartamento è presente una lavastoviglie e una lavasciuga a disposizione degli inquilini, che saranno in tutto 5. L’appartamento è in un’ottima posizione: non lontano dal centro e vicino alla Scuola di Management ed Economia, comoda anche per il Politecnico. Dall’altra parte della strada ci sono le fermate di bus e tram che passano frequentemente, tra cui il 4 che collega rapidamente con Università e centro ogni decina di minuti, e anche alla sera/notte. Vicino al condominio c'è un parco, negozi, bar, molti parcheggi e un supermercato Carrefour molto grande. Le altre camere sono occupate due studenti universitari italiani che condividono l'altra camera doppia e da un ragazzo francese nella camera singola. Il prezzo (350 € al mese per posto letto) include le spese condominiali, acqua, elettricità, gas e internet (fibra ottica). ENGLISH: Two vacancies in a large shared double room in a nice big apartment. Until late March 2020, there is only one vacancy available. The room will be rented newly furnished with 2 separate beds, 2 libraries, two wardrobes and a drawer in a walk-in closet, 2 indipendent desks like in the pictures. This room has also a private balcony. The apartment is on the 8th floor of the building and there is a caretaker; there are also two elevators. There is a kitchen, a living room with a large sofa and a 49" 4K TV, 2 bathrooms with a shower in each one and 3 bedrooms in total: this one, another double room already rented and a single room. In the apartment there are a dishwasher and a washing machine/dryer free to use for the tenants. There are going to be 5 tenants in total. The apartment is in a really nice position: not far from the center, near the School of Management and Economics (UniTo) and on the other side of the street (20 meters) there are bus stops and tram stops where public transports pass by very frequently. (The tram 4 goes right to the center every 10 minutes and also late in the night). Near to the building there are stores, a park, a bar, parking lots and a huge Carrefour Supermarket. There are already two nice italian tenants in one of the double rooms: a girl and her brother, both students. The single room is rented to a french student.
