RENTAL CONDITION: -ALL-IN: Internet, cleaning, all utilities such as electricity, heating, gas, hot water, and other charges are included in the total rent. -DEPOSIT: The deposit for the room is 2 months rent. -RENTAL PERIOD: Our leases are all indefinite, which means you can stay with us as long as you want and you can enjoy full flexibility! Natürlich findest Du hier auch eine praktische Waschtrockner-Kombination, sodass Dir mehr Zeit für die schönen Dinge bleibt... :) In Deinem Zimmer steht ein gemütliches Boxspringbett (140 x 200 cm) bereit. Darüber hinaus gehören sowohl ein großzügiger Spiegelschrank als auch ein 40 Zoll Smart-TV zu Deiner Einrichtung.
