This studio features a spacious kitchen, living and dining area which includes everything you need for a comfortable stay including a large couch, tv and dining table with two chairs. There is a double box-spring bed that is located in the corner of the studio, across from the couch, and the kitchen features all the necessary appliances such as a hob, fridge, microwave and all the necessary kitchen equipment you need. There is also washing machine within the studio apartment. We provide you with all the facilities necessary, from towels and bedding to the entire kitchen equipment, so that you are able to directly move into your new home, without bringing anything other than your clothing and a toothbrush! Location : This studio is located only a 10 minute walk from Rotterdam Central Station, and from there you can reach the Erasmus University in under 30 minutes by public transport. Alternatively, you can rapidly reach the University by bike/bicycle, in just over 15 minutes; but of course that remains your choice: the more expensive way or the authentic Dutch way. The studio is located in close proximity to supermarkets, restaurants, museums, shops, and several parks - all within walking distance, making it the perfect location to work or study in Rotterdam. Shared responsibility: We have a shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver a clean room with all the furniture you need, therefore we expect you to handle this with care. Finance: The price includes: gas, water, electricity, Internet, Netflix (if available) and city hall taxes. Check in/out date: as stated in the contract, the rental period starts either on the 1st day of the month or on the 17th (2nd half) of the month. This means that if you, for example, book a room for the 3rd of February onwards, your contract will start on the 1st of February. By all means, the tenant may move in on the starting date of the lease. The monthly rental fee includes (fixed) advance payments for water, gas and electricity charges. If you do not overuse the electricity, then you will not have to pay extra. However, if the consumption of energy is higher than the standard, then you will be responsible for the additional fee. Please keep in mind that all check-in appointments shall be carried out only on Monday to Saturday between 9AM and 9PM local time; it is not normally possible to check-in on Sundays or on generally recognised Dutch holidays.
