I'm a divorced mother of 3. My eldest is a girl and 2 boys. It's only me and my middle son in his mid 20s in my home. I'm also a grandma; my daughter had a cute baby boy but they don't live with us. I have a 2-story house, 4 bedroom and 3 full bath of which 2 are his & hers bathrooms. The bedrooms are bigger than regular-sized rooms and the closet are wardrobe mirrors. My house has a small backyard. I don't have pets but i live at the foot of the hill and there are lots of different animals at the back of my property. My house is close to elementary, middle, high school like Bishop Alemany, 10 minutes drive; college which is the California State University of Northridge (CSUN), 12 minutes drive. It is also close to churches, post office, malls, theater, bus stops, parks, fast food restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, churches and highways. We are about 30 minutes drive from downtown L.A. My house is literally 15 minutes away from Universal Studios Hollywood and 20 minutes to Magic Mountain. Hollywood Walk of Fame is about 18-20 miles away. We're very close to Children's Museum of L.A. There's also a public library with a big park and swimming pool owned by the city which is open to the public. There's horseback riding and a mini zoo close by as my house is animal-zoned area and there's an open firing range. My house is also close to Police station. I speak English, Tagalog and a little Spanish and so with my son. We love to dine outside, travel, horse back riding, yoga and exercise. My son who lives with me is a licensed auto broker so if you need a car he can surely help you. He also works part-time at a Japanese BBQ restaurant close by and if you want to have a late night dinner or early lunch you can always swing by his workplace. My neighborhood in San Fernando Valley is really quiet and I know almost all of my neighbors in my community because I have lived here for over 11 years....
