An apartment in Amsterdam that is shared by young professionals (25-35 years old) working for multinationals. The house is used by (in total of) 3 individual young professionals. The living room, bathroom and kitchen are common areas and shared by all. We are looking for another young professional to join us. The available room is fully furnished, 14m2, rent is EUR 775- per month and includes an advance payment for g/w/e and internet. (We will ask for your employment agreement & ID for screening) Please note: the end date of your booking on Housing Anywhere is not the end date of the rental agreement. We always require a rental agreement termination notice by email at least 1 full calendar month in advance of the desired end date. After completing your booking will send you a separate payment request for the Deposit (€ 1.000,-) + Service-fee (€ 149,-) this includes new bed linen and the end-cleaning.
