The house has four fully furnished bedrooms located on two floors (second and fourth). On the second floor you’ll find the largest two bedrooms (2x20m2), toilet, bathroom (shower and washing basin) and fully equipped kitchen. The third (5m2) bedroom is located on the second floor, for this person there’s a separate study on the fourth floor (also 5m2). The fourth bedroom (15m2) is located on the fourth floor as well. The house is a perfect place for four friends wanting to share an apartment for the upcoming academic year. One of the bedrooms on the second floor is furnished with a couch, TV with Chromecast and dining table, this is private as it is in someone's bedroom but it would be nice if it could be shared.. Room 1 (20m2): Located on the second floor at the backside of the apartment. This room has its own balcony! It’s furnished with a bed (140x200), a desk and chair, an open closet, clothing rack and lounge chair with side table. Room 2 (20m2): Located on the second floor on the frontside of the apartment. It’s furnished with a bed (140x200), a large dining table and two chairs, an open closet, clothing rack, tv with Chromecast and couch with side table. Room 3 (total of 10m2): Located on the second floor on the frontside of the apartment (bedroom) and at the backside of the fourth floor (study). The bedroom has its own small balcony! It’s furnished with a bed (90x200) and open closet. The study is furnished with a desk and two chairs. Room 4 (15m2): Located on the fourth floor at the backside of the apartment. This room has its own large balcony! It’s furnished with a bed (140x200), a desk and chair, an open closet, clothing rack and lounge chair with side table. Public transport: To Erasmus University: +/-30 minutes To Rotterdam Centraal: +/-20 minutes To Erasmus MC: +/-20 minutes By bike: To Erasmus University: +/-23 minutes / 6KM To Rotterdam Centraal: +/-8 minutes / 2KM To Erasmus MC: +/-10 minutes / 2.5KM For each room there’s a mandatory cleaning fee (60,50EUR) which is to be paid just once at the beginning of the contract. The rooms will have to be rented from September or October until the end of December this year. When you’re happy with your stay and want to extend we can offer an extension until the end of January/February/July. A new contract will have to be signed for the extension. The city taxes will be for the tenant (when he registers at the address). The service fee for the apartment (which includes: gas/electricity/furnishing/internet) is 250EUR a month per room, which is to be paid together with the rent each month, upfront before the first day of that month....
