Description

I'm leaving my beloved apartment in a big and well-lit house and would like to rent it to a serious student or young professional. It's available as of October and can be rented for the academic year. It's in a beautiful, green and quiet neighbourhood, with Lidl, Delhaize and Albert Heijn close by (Delhaize is right across the street, the others ~5-10 min by foot). There's a lot of parks around and the balcony is above a lovely garden. You'll have a spacious, bright room that is already furnished and has its own sink and a balcony!! There are 2 bathrooms and 3 toilets and a very modern kitchen. Also, all common areas are cleaned weekly. The rent is 480€ and everything is included (WIFI, Electricity, Cleaning, ......
