The spacious open plan kitchen/living space comprises a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, sofa, coffee table and smart Tv. There is high speed wifi throughout the property. The relaxing bedroom features plenty of storage space for clothes and a comfortable double bed with crisp hotel linen. The modern bathroom features a shower over bath, toilet and sink, as well as complimentary toiletries with fluffy towels for your use. The sofa in the living space can be converted to a bed for 1 person for an additional cost - please select 3 guests when booking. Guest Access: Guests have sole access to the property. The Neighborhood: Chelsea is one of London's most affluent boroughs, so you can expect grand buildings, immaculate streets, designer/boutique shops, and upmarket bars and restaurants. You are in a great location close to many major attractions including Battersea Park, Battersea Power Station, Buckingham Palace, Tate Britain and much more. The area is very safe and also has great transport links to the rest of London - you are just 10 minutes walk from Victoria Station. Getting Around: Sloane Square Underground station is just 10 minutes walk away. Also 10 minutes away is Victoria Station with Underground links as well as national rail services. There are also a number of bus routes servicing the nearby main road. Other Things to Note: - There is a sofa bed for 1 person in the living area that can be made up upon request before arrival, for an additional fee (please select 3 when booking) -Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance in order to arrange and confirm your check in. -All guests must present their passport/ID upon check-in -For check-ins after 10pm there will be fees -If you fail to arrive at the property within an hour from your scheduled arrival time there will be a fee of £10 for each extra hour you are late. If we need to rearrange your check-in to a later time on the day there will be a £20 fee (if the check-in is later than 22:00 late check-in fees will also apply). -If you are delayed, please let us know in advance, and depending on the notice, we may be able to able to rearrange check-in. - For check-ins between 22:00 and 00:00 there is a £50 fee. - For check-ins after 00:00 there is a £75 fee - We may be able to arrange a late check-out after 10am if you let us know in advance and depending on the availability of the property. - Late check-outs are charged at £10 per hour after 10am. - If you break something, let us know before you check-out so that we can replace it before the next guest arrives. There is a cleaning fee associated with this property, which needs to be paid before arrival.
