Fast internet in all rooms. The common areas are cleaned weekly, there are excellent tram and bus connections within very short distance, and metro station Botanique is a few minutes walk. The historic city center is just a 20' walk from the front door. All rooms have been renovated. Shopping facilities in the area are good; Aldi, Carrefour and Colryut supermarkets are within walking distance. A launderette is just around the corner and all major facilities (bank, doctors, retailers, etc) are in the immediate area. There are numerous night shops in the area as well as unexpensive reastaurants catering for all tastes and budgets.
