* CLOSE TO ERASMUS UNIVERSITY AND CENTRE OF ROTTERDAM* Fully furnished studio apartment ! When you enter the apartment, you will first arrive in the living area. The apartment has high ceilings and large windows, making this apartment a bright, open and overall a harmonious space to live in. All walls and ceilings are painted white, whilst the floor is made of light brown-coloured laminate. On your left corner, you will directly find a desk with a desk chair, whilst the bathroom is situated on your right. Next to the study area, a white wooden wardrobe is placed. Straight-ahead you will directly enter the trendy yet comfortable seating area, which is situated at the backside of the apartment. The corner sofa, facing a widescreen TV (which includes Netflix), is situated next to the first large window with a street view on the spacious, green courtyard. A high dining table with two matching chairs is situated next to the second window. Behind this area, you will find the kitchen, which is equipped with all the necessary kitchen and tableware and other facilities that are needed for daily cooking, such as a fridge, a microwave and an induction hob. Furthermore, this area contains a cupboard containing tableware. The stairs will lead you the mezzanine where a double bed is placed. Lastly, next to the stairs, you will find a mirror cupboard and the bathroom entrance. The bathroom is fully tiled and contains a shower, a toilet and a wash basin with a wall mirror. We provide you with all the facilities necessary, from towels and bedding to the entire kitchen equipment, so that you are able to directly move into your Rotterdam home, without bringing anything other than your clothing and a toothbrush! Location: The building is located in a lively neighbourhood in the city centre of Rotterdam, yet it is hidden in an attractively situated courtyard, with the option of parking. It is truly a top-notch location, right around the corner you will find the Coolsingel; the most famous shopping street of Rotterdam! Apart from all the famous museums, architecture, and the harbour that are within close reach, Rotterdam’s most famous ‘Markthal’ (the largest covered food market) is reachable within 5 minutes by bicycle. Furthermore, after a night out on the town, you have the ability to walk home within 10 minutes. Supermarkets can be reached within 5 minutes and numerous restaurants, bars and shops can be found close by as well. If you decide to buy a bicycle, you have the ability to relocate quick and efficiently. Rotterdam central station, for example, will then be just 2 minutes away. Additionally, cycling to Erasmus University will take you just 15 minutes! If you would rather travel using public transport; there is a bus stop and a metro station around the corner and the closest train station will be Rotterdam Central. All in all, the apartment is very well located for all your needs and wishes! Shared responsibility: We have a shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver a clean studio apartment with all the furniture you need. Therefore, we expect you to handle this with care. Finance: The price includes: gas, water, electricity, Internet, Netflix (if available) and city hall taxes. Check in/out date: as stated in the contract, the rental period starts either on the 1st day of the month or on the 17th (2nd half) of the month. This means that if you, for example, book a room for the 3rd of February onwards, your contract will start on the 1st of February. By all means, the tenant may move in on the starting date of the lease. The monthly rental fee includes (fixed) advance payments for water, gas and electricity charges. If you do not overuse the electricity, then you will not have to pay extra. However, if the consumption of energy is higher than the standard, then you will be responsible for the additional fee.
