In the private living/sleeping area you will can sit at the foldable bamboo table complete with four chairs. There is some space for storage within the room and there is a smart 4k television with Netflix on it. The box-spring bed comes with towels and bedsheets. We provide you with all the facilities necessary, from towels and bedding to the entire kitchen equipment, so that you are able to directly move into your Utrecht home, without bringing anything other than your clothing and a toothbrush! Location Topnotch location. The studio is surrounded by retails shops and restaurants for vibrant living in Utrecht. On the other side of the apartment, you will have a serene feeling while seeing the ‘Domtower’ on your private roof terrace. The apartment is from a walkable distance to the central train station of Utrecht. Within twenty minutes walking or 10 minutes cycling you are in the city centre of Amsterdam, and if you are visiting the University you can walk there in 10 minutes, placing you right in the heart of the city. Shared responsibility: We have a shared responsibility regarding the residence’s maintenance. We deliver a clean studio apartment with all the furniture you need. Therefore, we expect you to handle this with care. Finance: The price includes: gas, water, electricity, Internet, Netflix (if available) and city hall taxes. Check in/out date: as stated in the contract, the rental period starts either on the 1st day of the month or on the 17th (2nd half) of the month. This means that if you, for example, book a room for the 3rd of February onwards, your contract will start on the 1st of February. By all means, the tenant may move in on the starting date of the lease. The monthly rental fee includes (fixed) advance payments for water, gas and electricity charges. If you do not overuse the electricity, then you will not have to pay extra. However, if the consumption of energy is higher than the standard, then you will be responsible for the additional fee.
