Most tenants are staying for several months, interns or graduate students on exchange programs. We have other rooms in the same building, next to each other with similar conditions (RP31, RP32 and RP4), so very suitable for friends or colleagues who want affordable single rooms and yet stay together. For short term stay less than 5 months, please ask me for the price. Due to high demand, we'll treat in priority complete profiles.
