The bedroom has comfortable double bed and a wardrobe for your clothes. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, washing basin and a toilet. You will have access to your own private apartment and the main staircase. As your host I am at your service 24/7. Whether you need tourist information, something needs fixing in the apartment or you are missing something in the apartment, I will be available anytime a day. In front of the apartment there is a tram station, where you can take several tram lines. Moreover, the apartment is only 2 minutes walking from Central Station, where there are several public transport options. Finally, it's just 5 minutes walking from subway station "Eendrachtsplein". If you wish to check in before 16:00 this has to be notified in advance. Early check sometimes not possible, when another guest has checked out on the same day as the day of your arrival. However, we do charge for early check ins. CHECK IN BEFORE 16:00 COSTS = €15 Checking in late is always possible. However, due it’s inconvenience we do charge for this. CHECK IN AFTER 19:00 CHARGES= -BETWEEN 19:00 AND 22:00 = €10 -BETWEEN 20:00 AND 01:00 = €20 This charges have to be paid in cash during check in! #CHECK OUT TIME Check out is always before 11:00 in the morning. It is possible to check out later, but we charge for this. When you check out, please respect the cleaning service. This means don’t leave a mess. So, please clean up the garbage and take out the trash. Of course, you don’t have to clean the whole apartment, but please leave the place a bit respectable #PARKING There are parking places in street in front of the apartment. However, there is not advisable. You will have to pay a lot every day. Moreover, you will need to have a chip card with money on it. Thus, it is not advisable to park near the apartment. The best alternative, is too park the car outside of the city in a free parking zone, where parking is free. When you park your car there, you can take the public transport to the apartment. #ELDERLY - NOT WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE The apartment is not located on the street level. You will need to be able to climb stairs to get to the apartment, as there is no lift. The apartment is therefore not wheelchair accessible. #It's not allowed to let more than four people sleep in the apartment, due to safety regulations. If there are more people staying in the apartment, we are obliged to charge a penalty fee. # RENTAL TERMS -Don’t do viewings sorry! -max 2 people -You pay €1100 per month. -its only possible to rent whole months. -1-month deposit of €1100 is required, refundable if the apartment is delivered in the exact same state. -There is a onetime cleaning fee of €100 -The rent is all inclusive g/w/e + internet. -If the tenant wants to register at city hall, keep in mind that the local municipality will charge local taxes. All residents of the city need to pay this. This means that not me, but the city hall will charge you for garbage disposal taxes and water supply. This is usually around €500 per household per year. Everybody needs to pay this, so it’s not one of my terms, I just want you to be aware of it. You only pay for the months you are actually living in the Netherlands, you can request a refund of the months you are not here anymore. The local municipality then gives you back the amount of the remaining months -Registration is possible, should the tenant forget to deregister at the end of the stay, we will keep the full deposit! -Upon check in I must take copies of the passports. -A rental agreement has to be signed upon arrival by all tenants.
