Hello I have a good sized, south-facing double bedroom available in my modern and cozy 2-bed flat. The room is light and airy, has double glazed windows and a built-in wardrobe. It also comes fully furnished with a brand new double sofa bed and side table The flat is on the 3rd floor of a secure and well-maintained, new-build development. It has key fob entry and camera intercom, as well as off-road parking, if required. It also has a large balcony (great for BBQs), and fantastic views of London. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the latest gadgets, including a dishwasher and washer/dryer. Bathroom has a power shower and bath, The area is family-friendly; filled with great supermarkets, shops, pubs and restaurants. There’s a retail park within walking distance, as well as Lidl and Sainsbury’s supermarket a stone’s throw away. I’m looking for a friendly and easy-going flatmate, who is considerate and respectful of personal space, but also happy to hang out on occasion and have the odd beverage.
