I have a 12fm studio for rent in basement in downtown Reykjavik. (Please note that ceiling is low) it is walking distance to University of Iceland, Reykjavik University and city bus terminal Hlemmur. Rent is 120,000ISK per month. (1 month deposit required) There is kitchen, shower, toilet. Furniture, Wifi, electricity, water are included in the rent. (All the furniture has to be rented) You have an access to washing machine and dryer in laundry room. Only looking for students and individuals, No couple. No pets and no smoking in the property.
